From invoice to settlement, with the right tax, and reconciled.
Billing, payments, reconciliation and electronic trade receivables (duplicata escritural) connected to the tax document, ready for split payment.
Issuance and billing on the same platform.
Billing starts from the tax document itself. Issue a goods invoice (NF-e), a services invoice (NFS-e) or a transport document (CT-e), and the Boleto (Brazilian bank payment slip), Pix (Brazil's instant payment system) or recurring charge is generated from there, using the sale information, with no retyping.
Tax document, billing, receipt and reconciliation stay linked in the same database. Finance sees what the tax team issued, what was billed and what was received, and the platform is already prepared for split payment under Brazil's consumption tax reform, which links payment to the tax document and to the CBS (federal tax on goods and services) and IBS (state and municipal tax on goods and services) credit.

Electronic trade receivable
Receivable generated from the invoice and tracked throughout its life cycle, in line with the new Central Bank of Brazil regulation. Details in the section below.
From invoice to receivable, in a single flow.
The electronic trade receivable is the 100% electronic version of the trade bill (duplicata mercantil). It is created linked to the invoice for a sale on credit, is registered in a system authorized by the Central Bank and becomes the basis for collecting, advancing or pledging the receivable as collateral, preventing the same receivable from being used twice.
The Central Bank is phasing in the requirement, starting with large companies. Those who already issue invoices with MaterImperium have the starting point ready: the tax document.
